A Letter From the Future

Dear Mollie,

This is my opportunity to tell you about everything I thought I knew when I was ten, and the things that I definently did not know when I was that young. First off, you need to stop worrying about what everyone thinks of you. You'll soon realize that everyone is not always looking & listening, not everyone cares about what you're wearing that day, and people could care less about most of the things that are going on in your life. Always remember, "The people who matter don't care and the people who care don't matter." Also, be nicer to your mom and dad, they love you more than anything and sometimes I think you might take that for granted. Know that first impressions are anything & everything. The way you put yourself out there, is how people see you and defines who you are forever. Don't worry about your crushes that you have now, because in the future you will find an amazing guy who loves you for exactly who you are. Remember to always follow your heart and to never let anyone stand in the way of following your dreams and never ever settle for anything less than you deserve. Give everything your all now, so you don't have any regrets later. Make sure you are always doing what you need to be doing, where you need to be doing it, when you need to be doing it. Live by that motto and you shouldn't have any problems. Make sure you maintain your relationships with the people that you love, because in the end they will be the ones always there for you. Also, do what makes you happy, don't let others mess with your happiness. Last but not least, learn from your mistakes. Life is way too short to make a mistake and then do it agin. I know some things may seem like the end of the world is coming, but believe me, you'll make it through. Being this young is your time to shine and have fun, don't sweat the small stuff, the bigger stuff is yet to come. Laugh a lot, love a lot, and always have fun because this is the time too :)

Love,
Mollie
